Hayden Kho Binuhusan ng Tubig.Dr. Hayden Kho has agreed to face the Senate inquiry set for Thursday that will look into the filming and distribution of sex videos featuring him and other women.
However, Kho informed the Senate through his lawyer, Lorna Kapunan, he would do so only behind closed doors.
Kapunan asked Senator Maria Ana Consuelo “Jamby” Madrigal, chair of the Senate committee on youth, women and family relations, on Tuesday for an executive session on the issue.
Kho is among 13 guests invited to attend Thursday's hearing, which would include actress Katrina Halili, who has filed a case against Kho for videotaping their sexual encounter without her consent.
Also invited were the manager of another alleged victim of Kho, a commercial model; Kho's girlfriend and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Vicky Belo; and Eric Johnston Chua, alleged to be behind the selling of the sex videos.
Madrigal said she wanted Belo to testify to corroborate the testimony of a “credible” source that a “high profile” personality was behind the purchase and probably the distribution of the sex video tapes of Kho.
Madrigal said the information they got was that Belo had someone take the laptop computer of Kho where the sex videos were stored.
“The person who took the computer apparently sold the video tapes to another person,” Madrigal told reporters.
She said Belo could help shed light on the matter.
