Iraq will face New Zealand in a bid to clinch a win as they wait for a little help from Spain to reach semifinals at the Confederations Cup.
Iraq go for a shocking result at the Confederations Cup, as they are having fine performances under Bora Milutinovic's orders. The team, which earned a place at the South Africa tournament after clinching the Asian Cup, are trying to forget about the fact they couldn't qualify for the 2010 World Cup.
The Asian team, which drew against locals South Africa at the opening game and then lost to Spain despite having performed better, need a triumph with a huge goal difference against New Zealand and a little help from Spain; Vicente Del Bosque's men will face the locals in the last round.
This will be New Zealand's last game at the tournament as they lost twice (5-0 to Spain, 2-0 to South Africa).
